5 things I wouldn't do as a thyroid dietitian
1. Remove or restrict foods/food groups
2. Think that becasue I'm eating healthy and still feeling like
crud, that I must be doing it wrong.
3. Think that medication is the only thing that will help
4. Not prioritize sleep
5. Ignore stres
These are tools/habits that have not only helped myself come off
thyroid medication but helps my clients improve their thyroid
health and overall wellbeing.
