many of us are deficient in. Magnesium!
This can occur if you're stressed (anxiety / overwhelm), have
migraines / headaches, poor gut health, or another underlying
health condition.
Knowing your specific needs is super helpful in becoming unStuck.
It helps you know what YOUR body is needing. For me, this mineral
is a non-negotiable. I have 2 of the above health conditions and
since I discovered the amount of magnesium my body needs I've never
felt better!
