Fatigue. Exhaustion. Tired. Spent.
Having no energy is tough. Some people start their day exhausted,
some seem to hit their wall at 2p most days, and some never know
when it's going to happen but they know they'll be exhausted at
some point in the day.
Fatigue stems from many reasons:
- Not feeding oneself enough
- Missing key nutrients
- Inflammation
- Stress
- Lack of sleep
- Specific health conditions like hypothyroidism or multiple
sclerosis.
