Digestive health.
We all poop.
Some of us poop a lot, some a little, and some people have
difficulties. If your digestion is off- you may not be absorbing
your nutrition properly and may have more
anxiety/depression/weight/inflammation etc..
Your digestive tract does a lot for you but when it's off...
sheesh- it's uncomfortable and an annoyance.
This week at Nutrition's My Life- I'm helping you improve your digestion by bringing you back to basics. We're not going to be doing crazy detoxes and enemas (seriously- please don't). We WILL be simplifying how to improve your digestion!!
