In today's episode of the Nutrition's My Life Podcast, I'm sharing with you how much of an impact Vitamin D has on your health. Even though you're out in the sun, you still may be low.
Tune in today to see if the reason why you're tired, feeling a
bit depressed at times, feeling puffy, and maybe stuck at a weight
you're not happy is because of a low Vitamin D level.
In this episode, I talk about how you can start reducing
inflammation by incorporating these anti-inflammatory foods that I
have here on this list for you. [ Free
Anti-Inflammatory Foods List ]
I also stumbled across how much Calcium is too much calcium for post-menopausal women. This fact sheet here tells you what I was trying too- A range of 600-1000mg Calcium intake per day was shown to be Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) protective, whereas an intake of 1400mg or higher increased the risk of a CVD event. So moral of story, check the fact sheet and see what foods you're eating and also reference your doctor or Registered Dietitian.
