Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and kale.

These are a part of your cruciferous vegetables and they contain a chemical compound that has been extensively studied to be:
+ Antioxidant
+ Anti-cancer
+ Anti-Inflammatory
+ Anti-Aging
+ Anti-Microbial
+Neuroprotective

Pretty amazing right?

The cruciferous vegetables contain the precursor for this amazing compound- so eating these foods more often can be beneficial and no, they're not going to have a negative affect on your thyroid (unless you're eating more than 5lbs of broccoli!)
